丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis Cvirus,HCV)NS3/4A蛋白酶和NS5B聚合酶在HCV复制中起至关重要的作用。随着人们对HCVNS3/4A蛋白酶和NS5B聚合酶结构认识的加深,许多研究已将重点置于HCV抑制剂的研究。越来越多针对NS3/4A蛋白酶和NS5B聚合酶的抑制剂正在被发现,一些抑制剂已经进入临床试验并取得可喜的疗效。此文就这两大类抑制剂的最新研究成果及临床试验最新进展作简要综述。
The HCV NS3/4A protease and NS5B polymerase play essential roles in the replication of hepatitis C virus (HCV). With a deep understanding of the structure of NS3/4A protease and NS5B polymerase, many studies focus on developing HCV inhibitors. A number of inhibitors of NS3/4A protease and NS5B polymerase are being identified, and some of them have been tested in clinical trims and shown an encouraging effect. This article reviews recent research progress and clinical trials of the two classes of inhibitors.
