运用内容分析法开发量表,通过正式问卷调研,采用探索性与验证性因子分析相结合的方法,归纳并验证毕业企业角色转换的内在影响因素。结果表明:毕业企业角色转换源于同一纬度下的4个因子,即粘性(契约)制约、经济利益、双向惯性和个人关系;比较研究发现,粘性(契约)制约与双向惯性所隐含的粘性制约因素的影响强于经济利益和个人关系所表现出的价值判断因素。
This paper develops items by employing content analysis,and then empirically improved the incubation network content by CFA and EFA based on the formal questionnaire survey. Results show that,these are four factors of the role conversion of graduated incubates in the same latitude,that is,viscous( contract) control,economic interests,bidirectional inertia and personal relationships. At the same time,the influence of viscosity control implicating in the contract control and bidirectional inertia are stronger than the influence of value judgment showed by economic interests and personal relationship.
