The science and technology innovation capability and technology industrialization level has an important significance for regional economic development.This article built evaluation indexes of the science and technology innovation capability and technology industrialization.Then,based on the data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities（because the data is not complete,except Tibet）in China,this article described the status of regional science and technology innovation capability and technology industrialization in China by using principal component analysis and cluster analysis,and summarized their distribution features.
