Competition dynamics and complexity of information and communication technology industry are the basic characteristics of modem economy, which has gradually become one of remarkable features. Modular structure is the solution to the conflict between the dynamics and the complexity, and Interface Standards controls the modular structure world. In this paper, we find that the formation of interface standards in complementary modules system has the same characteristics as indirect network effects, one-way network and the vertical control in the topology structure, and we can analyze these issues by applying the Shapley value and the vertical control of industrial chains.
