绝缘子出现电晕放电是其运行性能下降的一个重要征兆,电晕放电的发展将会加速绝缘子性能的恶化并最终可能导致绝缘子闪络等严重电力安全事故。为此介绍了一种利用微弱电晕产生的紫外光为特征量的远程在线检测绝缘子电晕放电程度的技术。该技术采用光放大器技术来检测绝缘子表面电晕产生的微弱紫外光,并能判别绝缘子运行状态。该系统中的光放大器首先将采集的微弱紫外光信号转化为与之对应的微弱电流信号,然后电流信号经过信号调理单元处理转化为可采集的电压信号,信号最后被采集卡采集进入计算机,PC机中的分析软件可以对采集信号结果进行分析与判断。系统软件基于虚拟仪器技术平台,既能减少硬件的成本又能很好的分析信号的特征。该系统在现场变电站进行了检测试验,绝缘子的放电检测结果验证了该检测技术的有效性。
The existence of corona discharge of insulators is one of the most important premonitions of the decrease of their running performance. The development of corona discharge may lead to the great power accident such as flashover. A new technology which detects the feeble corona UV light to monitor the intensity of corona discharge is introduced. A photomultiplier is used to detect the UV light produced by corona discharge in the first time, giving a breakthrough to traditional detecting technologies. The feeble UV light signals collected by photomultiplier are first transformed into feeble current signals, and then transformed into available voltage signals by signal processing unit. The available signals can be acquired by DAQ card into PC. The system software in PC can analyze the signals and judge the condition of corona discharge. Based on a Virtual Instrument, it not only can reduce the cost of hardware but also can well analyze the detecting results. The detection technology is validated in field substation, and the detected results show that the method can monitor the corona discharge of insulators very well.
