Financing becomes a big problem for technological innovation corporations. Though it derives from many reasons, insufficiency in applicable financial product is also an important reason. As for that, the article tries to design new financial products for providing financial aid to technological innovation corporations. It delves into all the difficulties in financing and points out solutions to that, and designs the structure of the financial product. In the end, the aspect of risk control is addressed.
