英文摘要：

Based on the Internet and China Education Network,directing at the characteristics and defects of university physical education,a university sports network information platform has been estblished taking the network as the carrier,covering collection and direction of students users health information,teaching and evaluation of physical theories,which supplements the insufficience of theoretical knowledge in university physical education and meet the need for the reform of physical education curriculum of enhancing specific knowledge of sports theory,guiding classroom practice so as to cultivate students＇ comprehensive qualities and abilities.This paper provided detailed design and realization of USNIP,which had certain practical meaning and application value and would play an active role in building and perfecting of USNIP and an important role in physical health research of colleage students.What＇s more,university teachers can easily finish the teaching of theories and improve the teaching quality with the help of the building and operation of this system.
