接触分析中,接触刚度的确定是一个重点,也是一个难点。ANSYS软件在做接触分析时,法向接触刚度因子FKN对计算的影响很大,而对其取值的确定,目前还没有成熟的方法。本文列举了不同FKN取值对计算结果影响的实例,分析了接触刚度的影响因素,提出了一种确定FKN的方法——优化-反分析法,可以用于对有解析解或试验数据的接触问题的有限元计算,利用工程类比法,确定的参数也可用于分析其它类似的接触问题。
Selection of contact stiffness is a key point and also a difficult point in the contact analysis. Contact calculation is affected by normal contact stiffness FKN greatly in ANSYS. However, there is no satisfactory selecting method for FKN at present. In this paper several examples on the effect of FKN on calculated results are listed, and the factors influencing the contact stiffness are investigated. A new method for selecting FKN-optimum-back analysis is also put forward, This method can be used to analyze the contact problems with analytic solution or experimental data. Using the method of engineering analogy, the parameters determined by the optimum-back analysis method can be used to analyze other similar problems.
