英文摘要：
The collaborative innovation in alliance has been paid more attention, and many theoretical and methodological researches have been done from different perspectives. It develops a conceptual model from the knowledge embeddedness perspective, based on a structural equation approach. Meanwhile, it systemically analyses the antecedent variables of knowledge embeddedness, explicitly recognizes the role of knowledge embeddedness in the course of collaborative innovation and effects of moderating variables in strategic alliances.
