研究钠基膨润土吸附与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)混凝联用技术处理染料废水。考查了钠基膨润土投加量、PAM协同作用、pH、反应时间、温度等因素对刚果红染料脱色效果的影响。试验结果表明:钠基膨润土添加量为2.0 g/L、PAM的投加量2.0 mg/L、反应温度25℃、pH为6.0,刚果红染料脱色率可达99.1%。为膨润土结合PAM吸附-混凝联用技术处理工业染料废水应用提供理论依据。
The decoloration efficiency of the dye wastewater by the combined technique of absorption with Na-bentonite and coagulation with polyacrylamide(PAM) was studied. The effects of the Na-bentonite dosage,synergistic performance of PAM,pH,reaction time,and reaction temperature on the decoloration rate of Congo dye wastewater were investigated. The results show that the optimum decoloration rate of Congo dye wastewater is obtained when Na-bentonite dosage is 2.0 g/L,the pH value is 6.0,the PAM dosage is 2.0 mg/L and the reaction temperature is 25 ℃. Under these conditions,the decoloration rate of the Congo dye wastewater is 99.1%. The technology of adsorptioncoagulation by combining bentonite and PAM provides a theoretical support for industrial dye wastewater treatment.
