分析了双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)的双空间矢量调制策略及零电流换流原理,提出了一种新型零矢量优化换流策略,保证TSMC输入输出性能优良的同时使TSMC换流更安全可靠。搭建了一台以数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)为控制器的实验样机,对TSMC调制和换流策略进行验证,实验结果表明TSMC具有优良的输入与输出性能。
This paper analyzes the double space vector modulation strategy of the two-stage matrix converter(TSMC) and it's zero current commutation principle,a new zero vector optimization commutation strategy is proposed to make TSMC commutation more secure and reliable while ensure its excellent input-output performance.An experimental prototype is established based on the controller of digital signal processor(DSP) and complex programmable logic device (CPLD).The experimental results verify the modulation strategy and commutation principle of TSMC, it also indicates that TSMC has excellent input-output performance.
