通过Na2SO4溶液和Na2SO4+NaCl复合溶液的长期浸泡腐蚀试验,研究了氯盐对水泥-石灰石粉胶砂试件受硫酸盐侵蚀破坏的影响。结果表明,氯盐缓解了水泥-石灰石粉胶砂试件的硫酸盐破坏。在硫酸盐的单独侵蚀下,试件的劣化是因石膏膨胀和水化产物分解的共同作用造成的;在硫酸盐+氯盐共同作用下,试件早期破坏主要是因石膏结晶引起体积膨胀造成的,后期破坏则主要由石膏以及CaAl2(CO3)2(OH)4·6H2O和氯铝酸钙分解和CaCl2溶解的共同作用所造成,并导致腐蚀的加剧。
The effect of chloride on the damerge of mortar, which is made with cement and ground limestone and its specimens were immersed in Na2SO4 or Na2SO4+NaCl solution, was studied. The results show that chloride will postpone and relax the sulfate attack on the specimens. Under the attack only by sulfate, the damage of specimens is mainly induced by the expansion of gypsum and the decomposition of hydration products of calcium earboaluminate; while under the condition of cooperation of sulfate and chloride, early damage of specimens is caused by the volume expansion induced by gypsum crystallization, and further damage is mainly caused by gypsum expansion, decomposition of CaAl2 (CO3)2 (OH)4·6H2O and calcium chloroaluminate, and the dissolution of CaCl2. And that will intensify the damerge.
