以塑料容器为研究对象,建立三维有限元模型,运用LS_DYNA程序中的ALE算法解决容器跌落冲击动力学中液体与固体耦合的问题。通过数值仿真,分析跌落角度、跌落高度、容器壁厚以及装水量对贮液容器跌落;中击应力的影响,为贮液容器的耐撞性分析、评估与设计提供理论依据。
This paper illustrated the three--dimensional simulation model of water barrel and the true liquid--structure interaction. The finite element analysis and arbitrary lagrange--euler(ALE) al gorithm were used here, to analyze the influence of drop angle, drop height, container thickness and liquid quantity of the container. Theoretically, the results are proven to be fundamental method of crashworthiness analysis, evaluation and design for fluid--filled containers.
