Normal school （college and university） student＇s teaching competence decides their competitiveness of employment and teaching quality. The problems of their teaching competence are discussed from the aspects of understanding teaching design, employing teaching methods, creating class atmosphere, and using teaching reflection. It is suggested to adjust training program, develop teaching team, and motivate the awareness of major development.
