师范生教学实践能力直接决定其就业的竞争力和未来的教学质量。文章从教学设计的理解、教学方法的运用、课堂氛围的创设、教学反思的运用四个方面,深入探讨了师范生教学实践能力存在的问题及其产生的原因,并提出调整师范生培养方式、建立优秀指导教师队伍、激发师范生专业发展意识等提高师范生教学实践能力的有效策略。
Normal school (college and university) student's teaching competence decides their competitiveness of employment and teaching quality. The problems of their teaching competence are discussed from the aspects of understanding teaching design, employing teaching methods, creating class atmosphere, and using teaching reflection. It is suggested to adjust training program, develop teaching team, and motivate the awareness of major development.
