采用低温水相沉淀法制备得到WO_3纳米片,通过X射线衍射法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析法(TG)和红外光谱法(IR spectra)等分析方法对其结构、组成及形貌进行测试表征;并通过循环伏安测试(CV)及恒流充放电测试等电化学测试,研究了WO_3纳米片的电容性能.测试结果表明:本实验所制备的尺寸为300 nm×300 nm×40 nm的WO_3纳米片;其比电容值可达217 F·g~(-1),并具有良好的循环寿命.
We report a simple approach to synthesize nano-WO_3 by aqueous phase synthesis method at low temperature( 90oC). The structure,composition and morphology of the material were investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscope( SEM),thermogravimetric analysis( TG),and infrared spectroscopy( IR spectra). The capacitance performance of the composites was explained by cyclic voltammetry( CV)and charge-discharge tests. The results demonstrate that the sample is WO_3nano-sheet with a diameter of 300 nm and a thickness of about 40 nm. The specific capacitance of the material is up to 217 F·g~(-1). Furthermore,the material has a desired circle lifetime.
