Let R be a commutative ring with identity 1. Denote by Un（R）（n∈N＋）the Lie algebraconsisting of all n X n antisymmetric matrices over R. This article describes the Lie triple derivations ofU4 （R） and U5 （R）,and proves that their Lie triple derivations are inner derivations. As application,weprove that U4 （R） and U5 （R） are perfect Lie algebra.
