粉煤灰陶粒轻骨料混凝土虽然具有轻质、抗压强度高等优点,但是脆性过大限制了其在土木工程中的应用。针对这一问题,通过试验首先采用正交设计方法得出粉煤灰陶粒混凝土最优基准配合比,然后在最优配合比的基础上掺入不同量的聚丙烯纤维,研究聚丙烯纤维对粉煤灰陶粒混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。试验结果表明:在粉煤灰陶粒轻骨料混凝土中掺入聚丙烯纤维具有显著降脆增韧作用,能够提高粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的抗裂性能,最优聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.8 kg/m3。
Fly ash ceramsite concrete has the advantages of low density and high compressive strength,but it is too brittleness to use in civil engineering widely. In order to solve this problem,the author added a different dosage ration of polypropylene fiber to fly ash ceramsite con-crete to study on the effect of the compressive strength and flexural strength of fly ash ceramsite concrete by using the method of orthogonal test. The result indicates that polypropylene fiber can obviously reduce brittleness of fly ash ceramisite concrete and improve the cracking-resistance of fly ash ceramsite concrete. The optimal dosage of polypropylene fiber is 0. 8 kg/m3 .
