实施工作分解已成为复杂产品项目管理的主要方法,为了把握不确定环境下工作分解的有效性,研究了基于复杂网络的复杂产品项目工作分解结构(work breakdown structure,WBS)的有效性测度.首先运用复杂网络理论构建了WBS的T-T任务网络模型,并阐释了WBS有效性的内涵,然后定义了WBS有效性的测度指标及算式,并设计了相应的失效策略,最后通过不同耦合关系的项目WBS仿真分析,验证了所提测度方法的有效性.仿真结果表明:WBS的网络拓扑结构对其有效性有着重要影响,降低任务之间的耦合度是提高WBS有效性的关键,同时,应主要关注发生选择性失效的情况.
Work breakdown structure( WBS) has become the main method of the management of complex product project. To grasp the validity of WBS under an uncertain environment,the paper studies the validity measure of WBS for complex product project based on complex network. Firstly,this paper establishes a T- T task network of WBS by using the complex network theory,and then explains the validity of WBS. Secondly,the validity indexes and algorithms to measure the validity of WBS are defined and the corresponding change strategies are also designed. Finally,through the simulation analysis of different topologies WBS,the effectiveness of the measuring method in this paper is verified. The results of simulation show that the topology of WBS significantly affects its validity and the key to improve the validity of WBS is to reduce the coupling degree between tasks. Moreover,the selective change should be considered when WBS is constructed.
