By applying the theory of hypergraph, the paper studies the information model and discovery mechanism in order to provide the method for the visualization of the decision support system of opportunity discovery. The paper analyses objects in opportunity discovery process and presents hypergraph model by mapping definition. The atom operations of opportunity discovery and the recognition algorithm are proposed based on hypergraph models. A case of the transformation of a domestic commercial bank is used to describe the application of the above model. The future direction of the development of the model is discussed finally.
