以某电厂660 MW吸收塔结构为研究对象,利用ADINA及FLUENT有限元软件对吸收塔结构开展了数值风洞分析。研究结果表明:对于该吸收塔结构,NE风向与180°风向属于最不利风向,0°风向时结构相对较安全;随着风速增大,加速度响应随塔高呈增大趋势,应力呈减小趋势,塔体下部开口位置有应力集中现象,且风速对结构应力和位移的影响较小;多塔结构之间有较强的相互干扰现象,风场上游结构的周围风场受下游结构影响较小,而下游结构周围风场受上游结构的影响较大。
Taking desulfurizing towers of 660 MW as study objects,finite element softwares ADINA and FLUENT were used to analyze numerical wind tunnel of desulfurizing towers.The results show that NE wind direction and 180° wind direction are the most unfavorable wind directions while structure is relatively safe at 0°wind direction.As the wind speed increases,the acceleration response trends to increase from bottom to top and stress trends to decrease.There is stress concentration around opening at the lower part of structure,and the wind speed has little effect on the structural stresses and displacements.There are strong mutual interference between the multi-towers,and structure located at wind downstream has less effect on which located at wind upstream,while structure located at wind upstream has more effect on structure located at wind downstream.
