This article aims to construct a government subsidies decision model with consideration of the fact that there is a significant difference in consumers' willingness to pay and the proportion of government subsidies allocated that benefits consumers and manufacturers varies. It investigates the impact of government subsidies for remanufacturing on product prices, product demand, consumers, manufacturers and social benefits. It could be concluded that government subsidies are conducive to increasing the demand for remanufactured products, consumer surplus utility, manufacturers' profits and the total social returns. Manufacturers are not allowed to increase prices with government subsidies, and the consumers should get the subsidy in the consideration of manufacturers' positive attitudes. The commitment to increasing consumers' awareness of environmental protection is fundamental to promote remanufacturing.
