目的：评价补肾调轴方改善IVF-ET移植失败者或因子宫内膜薄而中断移植者子宫内膜容受性的临床疗效。方法：将39例行IVF-ET移植失败的患者和因子宫内膜薄而取消移植的患者作为研究对象,予补肾调轴方颗粒进行治疗,记录并观察治疗前后患者移植周期排卵日子宫内膜形态类型、种植日子宫内膜厚度以及子宫内膜血流灌注类型的改善情况。结果：治疗后子宫内膜厚度、形态类型以及血流灌注类型较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药补肾调轴方能增加子宫内膜厚度、改善子宫内膜形态和血流灌注类型,提高子宫内膜容受性,有助于胚胎的着床成功。
英文摘要：
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of endometrial receptivity of Bushen Tiaozhou Recipe in IVF-ET trasplant failure or interruption of the transplant because of endometrial thin. Methods： Taking 39 cases which failed in IVF-ET graft or removed from the transplant due to thin endometrium. Give them Bushen Tiaozhou treatment and then record and observe its changing in the morphological types of the endometrium on ovulation day,the endometrial thickness on transplant day and the improvement of blood perfusion type of the patients after implantation. Results： The endometrial thickness,morphology and blood perfusion type were improved after treatment. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicaine recipe Bushen Tiaozhou Recipe can increase endometrical thickness and improve endometrial morphology and blood perfusion type. Besides,it can improve the endometrial recepticity and help the embryo implantation success.
