In this paper, a new timing trigger module for integrator system on HT-7 Tokamak is designed by probing into the design idea of using single chip and transistor. The hardware and software of the module are described in detail. With the module, the integrator system is featured by its precise timing, which can be set external, and its accurate triggering and strong output driving capabilities. The timing trigger module has improved the reliability and the application scope of the system integrator, satisfying the requirements of HT-7 experiment.
