用Ar离子束辐照800K高温下的多壁碳纳米管(MwCNT)网络,注量为2×10^16/cm^2时,MWCNT网络的导电性提高~80%。实验结果表明,离予束辐照可通过在多壁碳纳米管问的引入连接改善多壁碳纳米管问的电学接触,制备高导电性的透明碳纳米管网络。
A method to improve electrical conductivity of carbon nanotube (CNT) networks by ion implantation is reported in this paper. MWCNT networks were prepared by a spray coating method, and were implanted with 70 keV Ar+ ions. The electrical conductivity increased by -80% for the MWCNT networks irradiated to 2×10^16/cm2 at 800 K. The results confirm the ability of ion beam to improve the electronic contact by inducing crosslink between CNTs under ion.beam irradiation. This is a useful method to fabricate high conductive and transparent CNT networks.
