速度传感器是感应电机控制系统中重要且脆弱的环节。提出了一种容错控制策略。利用滑模变结构控制理论建立滑模磁链观测器,基于等效控制原理,利用该观测器设计速度估计器重构转速。通过速度估计器对速度传感器进行状态监测。当传感器故障时,隔离传感器,利用估计转速作为系统的反馈,保证系统连续运行,从而实现速度传感器故障时对电机系统的容错控制。仿真验证了该方法的有效性。
Speed sensor is an important component of induction motor control system and the weakest part. A tolerant control strategy was proposed. The sliding mode flux observer was proposed by sliding mode control theory. Based on equiv- alent control principle, a speed estimator was designed by the flux observer. The speed estimator was used to reconstruct speed date and monitor the state of speed sensor. While the sensor faulted, the sensor was isolated, estimated value of speed as a new feedback of the system to ensure the system operates without interruption. Thereby the goal of tolerant con- trol of the motor system was achieved. Experiment results demonstrated the effectiveness of the method.
