为研究三山岛金矿深部-600m水平巷道围岩的松动圈范围与应力状态,使用RSM—SY6型声波检测仪进行围岩松动圈现场测量,运用FLAC3D数值模拟方法分析围岩应力,验证测量结果。基于现场测量的结果和应力分布情况,采用围岩松动圈支护理论,对三山岛金矿的巷道支护形式和参数进行优化。结果表明,经过参数优化后的支护方案,可以在保障安全生产的同时创造经济效益,并为矿山今后的支护设计提供技术参考。
In order to investigate the range of broken rock zone and stress state of surrounding rocks in - 600 m level roadway of Sanshandao Gold Mine ,field measurement of loose circle is carried out with the help of RSM-SY6 type sonic de- tector, and the results are verified on the basis of FLAC3D numerical simulation towards surrounding rock stress state. Finally, based on the measurement results and the stress distribution, the roadway supporting design and parameters of Sanshandao Gold Mine are optimized combining with the support theory of surrounding rock broken zone. The resuhs show that the optimized supporting program offers a technical reference for the safety and ,benefits of Gold Mine production.
