目的:探讨黑蚂蚁醇提物石油醚部位对亚急性衰老模型小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、D-半乳糖亚急性衰老模型组、阳性对照组、黑蚂蚁醇提物石油醚部位大、中、小剂量组,记录各组小鼠负荷游泳结果,检测血清及脑组织10%匀浆液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平,综合评价黑蚂蚁醇提物石油醚部位的抗衰老作用效果。结果:小剂量黑蚂蚁醇提物石油醚部位可延长亚急性衰老小鼠负荷游泳时间(P〈0.05),大剂量黑蚂蚁醇提物石油醚部位可提高亚急性衰老小鼠血清GSH含量(P〈0.05),不同剂量黑蚂蚁醇提物石油醚部位可提高亚急性衰老小鼠海马和脑皮层组织SOD活力(P〈0.01),脑皮层组织GSH含量较模型组高(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:黑蚂蚁醇提物石油醚部位对亚急性衰老模型小鼠具有抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the effects of petroleum ether extraction of Polyrhachisvicina Roger alcohol extract on anti-oxidative in subacute aging mice model. Methods: Mice were divided into 6 groups: normal control group, D(+)-galactose subacute aging model group, positive control group, high, medium, low petroleum ether extraction of Polyrhachisvicina Roger alcohol extract groups. The behavior of swimming training with loads was recorded, and MDA, SOD and GSH in serum and 10% brain tissue homogenate were determined. Anti-aging effect of petroleum ether extraction of Polyrhachisvicina Roger alcohol extract was comprehensively evaluated. Results: Petroleum ether extraction of Polyrhachisvicina Roger alcohol extract at low dose could obviously lengthen the time of swimming training with loads in subacute aging mice (P〈0.05). Petroleum ether extraction of Polyrhachisvicina Roger alcohol extract at high dose could significantly increase level of GSH in serum in subacute aging mice (P〈0.05). Petroleum ether extraction of Polyrhachisvicina Roger alcohol extract could significantly increase level of SOD (P〈0.01) and GSH in 10% brain tissue homogenate in subacute aging mice (P〈0.05, P〈0.0I). Conclusion: Petroleum ether extraction of Polyrhachisvicina Roger alcohol extract had good anti-oxidative effect in subacute aging model mice.
