微小RNA(miRNA)是近年来新发现的一类小分子非编码RNA,其通过调节靶基因mRNA的稳定性或抑制翻译过程而发挥作用。miR-1在人类心脏中表达最为丰富,与心律失常的发生关系密切,有大量文献报道可通过调节其表达而上调或下调多种心脏电活动相关离子通道或蛋白水平来调控心律失常。本文就miR-1调控心律失常的作用机制作一综述。
MicroRNA(miRNA) is a kind of non-coding small RNA newly discovered in recent years,which function is as regulators by affecting the stability of target genes mRNA or blocking translation.miR-1 is the most abundant miR expressed in the human heart,and is closely associated with arrhythmia.Large numbers of research report show that regulating miR-1 expression levels can control arrhythmia by up-regulation or down-regulation of numerous ion channels and proteins related to cardiac electrical activity.This paper summarizes the mechanism of the regulation function of miR-1 for arrhythmia.
