粮食干燥温度与湿度的控制精度直接影响粮食干燥质量,为提高控制精度,提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波KF(Kalman Filter)算法的新型高温度与湿度控制方法,研制了温度与湿度精确控制和实时监控系统,并进行了现场实验。实验结果表明,温度控制精度由原来的±0.8℃提高到现在的±0.3℃,湿度控制精度由原来的±2%RH提高到现在的±1%RH。该方法提高了粮食干燥技术水平与粮食干燥质量,对我国粮食安全储藏具有重大经济与社会意义。
The precise control of temperature and humidity in grain drying has a alrect impact on me quauty ul ~lam drying,in order to improve control precision, a new high-precision control method of temperature and humidity is proposed based on ( Kalman Filter, KF) algorithm. A temperature, humidity precise control and real-time monitoring system is developed. The drying test is done and the test shows that the control precision of temperature improved to the present ± 0.2℃ from the original ± 0.4℃ and the control precision of humidity improved to the present ±0.5% RH from the original ± 1% RH.
