对青少年学生进行毒品预防教育是禁毒教育的重要组成部分，是有效开展禁毒斗争的基础性工作。目前中小学毒品预防教育中存在的问题有：学校主渠道作用没有充分发挥，“三大差别”难以消除，“两专”没有保障，学校与家庭、社区的合力没有形成。对此，必须采取相应措施，增强学校毒品预防教育的主动性，提高中小学生的防毒拒毒意识。
英文摘要：
Preventative education against illegal drug constitutes a signiiicant part of the anti-drug education and the basic work to combat illegal drug efficiently. However, in this education there are still some problems, the roles of schools are not brought into full play; ＂the three major differences＂ still exist; ＂two specials＂ are not guaranteed; the combination force of schools, families and social society has not been formed. Therefore, the activity of schools＇ role of preventative drug education should be enhanced, and the students＇ awareness of combating illegal drugs should be strengthened.
