针对调度过程中存在的不确定性因素及调度对象存在关联约束关系,提出了一种加工时间不确定的船体分段空间调度方法.以旁板这一类分段关联件的加工时间的变动作为不确定影响因子,建立了船体分段在不确定环境下的空间调度模型,目标为最小化由不确定因素造成分段提前、拖期的时空占用成本.该模型考虑了船厂实际生产过程中的随机加工时间以及分段和关联件的约束关系,结合某船厂的实际生产数据进行实例验证,结果表明,该模型能对加工时间不确定条件下的船体分段空间调度给出较优的调度解,而且在空间调度解的质量和模型应用范围等方面更贴近船厂现实生产情况.
This paper presented a new mathematical model to solve the hull block spatial scheduling problem including uncertain processing time in shipbuilding. This model mainly considered affection made by block relative comoonents which depended on the attitude of the decision maker towards uncertainty in such a way that the optimalscheduling in shipbuilding can be changed significantly, Tne objecuve was ness and tardiness time-space occupation. Finally, a number of instances were optimally simulated to validate and verify the proposed model. The results show that this model performs well and can give different answers to various producing environment in shipbuilding.
