评述了近年来关于难熔金属纳米材料制备方法的研究,较详细地综述了难熔金属纳米材料在力学、热学等方面的特殊性能,并介绍了对V纳米颗粒熔化的模拟,发现V纳米颗粒的熔点与其尺寸的倒数呈线性关系。
The methods of preparating nanometer refractory metals are described briefly in this paper. Their properties, such as mechanical, and thermophysical properties are emphatically introduced. The melting evolution and diffusion behavior are introduced. The experimental results reveal that the melting temperature of nanoparticle is inverse proportion to the reciprocal of nanoparticle size linearly.
