为了确定深锥浓密机体积,推导了深锥浓密机内部料浆停留时间的理论公式,进而提出了深锥浓密机内部料浆体积的计算方法.该方法通过流变仪测得膏体临界质量分数,并使用自制深锥模拟装置测得料浆达到临界质量分数所需的浓密时间,同时测得静态沉降料浆质量分数,将这些参数代入深锥浓密机内部料浆体积计算公式中,即可求得深锥浓密机内部料浆的体积.采用内蒙某矿深锥浓密机对该计算方法进行验证,结果表明,采用论文提出的计算方法得到的深锥浓密机内部料浆体积为9322.77m3,比实际料浆体积9306.57m3多出16.20m3,二者相差0.17%.
A theoretical formula predicting the slurry residence time of deep cone thickener is derived. A method of calculating the internal slurry volume of the deep cone is presented. A rheometer was used to measure the critical mass fraction of the paste and then a homemade deep cone simulator was used to identify the densification time for the slurry to reach a critical mass fraction. The static settlement slurry mass fraction was also measured. These parameters were applied to calculation of the internal slurry volume. A deep cone thickener from an Inner Mongolian mine was used to verify the methods. The results showed that internal slurry volume of the deep cone thickener was 9 322.77 m3 by our method compared to an actual slurry volume of 9 306. 57 m3. There is a 16. 20 m3 difference between these values for a 0. 17% difference.
