认为科技投入产出过程是由技术生产和技术改造与应用两阶段构成,并构建了两阶段科技投入产出链模型,以此为基础采用链式网络DEA的方法对29个省市的科技投入产出数据进行了研究,指出我国两阶段科技投入产出链的效率在省区和区域都存在差异;并按照效率特点将各个省市分为"效率兼优省"等四类,指出各类型省市在地理分布上的规律性;最后提出提高"靶阶段"效率可以提高科技投入产出链效率的政策性结论。
ST input-output process can be separate into two stages,on which technology is produced,transformed and applied.This paper constructs two-stage ST input-output chain model and studies data of 29 provinces in method of series network DEA,finds that there are differences between provinces or regions,divides all provinces into four categories,draws efficiency map of the two-stage ST input-output chain,reveals that increase the efficiency of 'Target Stage' can increase efficiency of the ST input-output chain.
