The construction of bridges crossing rivers is of great urgency and therefore the primacy should be given to it in tackling the bottleneck constraining the traffic development of cities along the rivers. The traffic development in Fuzhou city has now hit a bottleneck of poor traffic across rivers. Hence,this artical sets out to predict the annual traffic across rivers in the future years through constrained gravity model and explore the causes and the corresponding countermeasures, which is aimed to serve as a reference and basis for the planning of traffic across rivers in Fuzhou.
