主要研究了连铸保护渣在熔化过程中电阻的变化。保护渣熔化过程中在不同的状态,电阻减小的速率不同。在外接一定电压(8V)下,测量了熔融铁水电压和电阻,在熔化状态下电压值为0.486V,电阻值为0.565Ω;分析了熔融保护渣的导电机理,得到了工业用保护渣熔渣电阻约为2.43Ω,基于粉渣和熔渣、熔渣和铁水之间的电阻突变,来判断渣层之间的界限。
A major study on resistance variation of protect slag for continuous casting in melting process. Mold slag expresses different state in melting process, and so that rate of resistance is different. With connection of a certain voltage (SV) of external, measured voltage and resistance of molten iron are voltage of 0. 486V are resistance of 0. 565Ω. By analysis on electrical conduction mechanism of molten slag, resistance of industrial slag is 2.43Ω. When resistances of molten slag and molten iron change suddenly limitation between slag layers is determined based on powder slag and molten slag.
