The regional scientific and technological innovation policy plays an important role in improving the ability of technological innovation and enhancing the regional economic power. Based on the study of the scientitle and technological innovation policies of 10 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang in the year of 2015, the differences and reasons of their scientific and technological innovation policies are analyzed with the text quantification and the clustering methodology and some suggestions are raised for further improving the regional scientific and technological innovation policy in Zhejiang Province.
