通过哈尔滨市某高校教学楼木屋盖结构的可靠性鉴定及加固改造实例,总结了长期服役的木结构建筑可能发生的残损现象及相应原因,如木构件腐朽、木材干裂、原设计欠缺以及修缮不当等;介绍了木材强度检测和木构件强度等级的确定方法;通过对主要承重构件的承载力与变形验算,以及对木屋盖进行安全性评定,证明该教学楼木屋盖仍可继续使用的可行性;最后提出了相应的修缮加固增强措施,如通风、构件置换和增强、裂缝填补、增设支撑、防火分区、纠正不当修缮等。
Through the reliability assessment and strengthening project of wood-roofs on a teaching building of a school in Harbin, some common damage phenomenon and corresponding causes of long-term service wood structures are summarized, such as decaying of wood members, cracking of wood, defectiveness of the former design, and mistakes of the repairing. The inspection of wood strength and strength grade evaluation of wood member are introduced; and the feasibility to use the wood-roof continually is confirmed by strength and deflection checking calculation for the main wood members, and security evaluation of wood roof. Finally corresponding reinforcement enhancement measures are proposed, such as ventilating ,replacement and strengthening of members ,filling of crack, addition of support, setting of fire zone ,rectifying of mistakes of repairing, and so on.
