液压变压器是液压恒压网络系统中一种压力转换元件,可以实现无节流损失地将液压恒压网路系统压力转换为负载所需的压力。液压变压器的特性决定了其是典型的非线性元件,且液压变压器控制液压缸系统的模型本身就具有较大的非线性因素,且系统的传递函数也很难表达,采用一般的控制策略很难达到满意的控制效果。提出采用模糊自适应整定PID控制策略来尝试对液压变压器驱动液压缸系统进行仿真研究,结果表明采用模糊自适应PID控制策略能够提高液压变压器的伺服性能以及系统的动静态特性。
Hydraulic transformer is a type of pressure conversion unit for hydraulic constant pressure rail system. It can transform the pressure of constant pressure rail system to load pressure without energy throttling loss. Hydraulic transformer is a nonlinear element. The mathematical model of hydraulic transformer driving cylinder system has nonlinear factors, and the transfer function of the system is difficult to deduce. It cannot achieve satisfied result by adopting traditional control strategy. It's an attempt to make simulation study on the system applying for this control strategy. Simulation results show that it can improve the servo performance, the static and stationary characteristic.
