中国村镇区域差异巨大,村镇建设用地的表现形式不尽相同。以广州市天河区和白云区城中村为例进行实证分析,针对村镇建设用地的主要表现形式,对造成村镇建设用地形成机制的主要经济原因进行深入解剖,以期为推动村镇建设用地再开发策略研究提供理论基础。
There are wide regional differences in villages and towns of China, and the village and town construction land takes different forms. With the survey of city villages in Tianhe district and Baiyun district as an example, an empirical analysis was conducted from the main performances of village and town construction land, and the primary economic causes for the formation mechanisms of village and town construction land were deep analyzed, in order to provide theoretical basis for promoting the redevelopment strategy of village and town construction land.
