在航空装备轻量化要求下,对于机匣类大尺寸环形薄壁零件,提出了一种激光刻型的新方法来减重。利用五轴直角坐标实验装置,配合CO2激光器在三维筒形薄壁零件上做刻型加工,并开发出图形精密分割和在线拼接软件,解决了大尺寸复杂薄壁构建表面刻型存在的易变现、精度低以及刻型减重比低的技术难题。结果表明:所提出的激光刻型新方法能够较好的满足大型环形薄壁零件精确、高效刻型的要求,对提升我国航空发动机和飞机性能具有重要的意义。
In the requirement of lightweight for aviation equipment, a new method of laser engraving was proposed for large annular thin-walled parts to reduce weight further. Five axes machine tools coordinate with CO2 laser was used in processing three-dimensional cylindrical thin-walled parts. And the software developed of graphics segmentation precision and splicing online solved the problem of easy deformation,low precision and low engraving weight loss ratio of large size and complex geometries parts. The experimental results show that the proposed method of laser engraving can meet the requirements of better accuracy and efficieney with large annular thin-walled parts. It has great significance for the improvement of China's aviation engine and aircrafi performance.
