随着电磁技术的飞速发展,磁场干涉下的干摩擦磨损特性研究成为重要课题。本文归纳了国内外磁场干摩擦研究的现状。从三个方面分析阐述了前期研究的不足,如对磁学参数和性能的关注较少,试验研究对象有较大的偶然性,难以横向比较等。在此基础上提出利用相对耐磨性法定义磁场干涉因子,以避开因化学成分和性能不同造成的干扰,使材料磁导率成为关键变量的研究思路。
With the rapid development of electromagnetic technology, the research of dry sliding tribology under a magnetic field has become an important topic. The research situation of magnetic-environment dry tribology in China and abroad was summarized. The gaps of preliminary research were analyzed from three aspects, such as less focusing on the magnetic parameters, test subjects having a greater chance, and difficult to horizontal comparison. Then, on the basis, the interfering factor of magnetic-field was defined to represent the degree of magnetic field affecting, which can avoid the interference caused by different composition and performance, and make thepermeability of material become the key variables.
