Based on reviews of legislative status of wetland ecocompensation in China, the problems of wetland eco-compensation were analyzed, including legislative lag, institutional deficiency, low standards of compensation, limited scope of compensation, shortage of finance and lack of financial sources, singular way of compensation, etc. To solve these problems, measures were proposed for wetland eco-compensation.
