尾矿库土地复垦效益研究是矿山土地复垦理论及其实践研究的一个重要组成部分。以平果铝矿区尾矿库土地复垦项目为例开展实证研究,从经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益3方面构建尾矿库土地复垦项目效益评价指标体系。运用模糊综合评价法,进行项目效益的模糊综合评价。结果表明,平果铝矿区尾矿库土地复垦项目综合评价等级为＂良好＂,社会、经济和生态效益较为明显,项目建设从整体上取得了较好的综合效益。
英文摘要：
The benefit evaluation of tailings reservoir reclamation is an important part of the theoretical research and practice in mine land reclamation.Take tailings reservoir reclamation project in Pingguo aluminum mine as an example,a index system for the benefit evaluation of tailings reservoir reclamation was established from the three aspects of economic benefit,social benefit as well as ecological and environmental benefits,the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the reclamation project was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The result showed that the comprehensive evaluation level of tailings reservoir reclamation project in Pingguo aluminum is ＂ satisfactory＂,its social benefits,economic benefits and ecological benefits are relatively obvious,overall,the project can achieve a good comprehensive benefit.
