本研究以水稻模式种日本晴为研究材料,利用人工气候室模拟自然条件下的高温环境,从抽穗开花期起直至灌浆结实期,对水稻植株进行热胁迫处理,检测花粉活力、叶片脯氨酸含量、结实率、千粒重、单株有效穗数、单株产量等性状指标,从而评价水稻各株系的耐热性.结果表明,通过模拟自然条件下的高温环境及检测评定的各项指标,能够较真实准确的对水稻耐热性进行评价.
The type species of rice-Nipponbare as the study material, using phytotron to simulate high temperature environment under the natural condition, selecting heading and florwering stage to filling and burliness stage as heat tolerance identification stage, the plants were moved into phytotron with high temperature stress. After the treatment, the pollen viability, leaf proline content, setting rate, grain weight, spike number per plant, yield per plant and other traits to evaluate the heat resistance of rice strain were rested. The result shows that, through the simulation of high temperature environment under natural conditions and testing these evaluation indexes, this method can evaluate the heat toier- ance of rice accurately.
