针对无线移动网络中传统TCP协议的传输性能下降的问题进行了显式拥塞控制的改进研究,提出了三态显式拥塞控制方法。该方法通过修改传统显武拥塞提醒(ECN)的标记机制,向端节点提供空闲、繁忙、拥塞三种状态,使端节点能更灵活地调节自身的发送速率,从而能提供更平稳的数据流。其特点在于除TCP的传统的和性增加积性减少的阶段外,另外增加了在网络链路接近饱和时的平稳数据流传输阶段。通过这种改进,一方面可以提供给终端网络节点更多的网络拥塞信息,避免了在无线网络上由于错误的响应非拥塞丢包导致的传送效率降低,另一方面也使终端节点发送的数据流更加平滑,从而更有效地利用了网络带宽。
To solve the performance reduction problem of the classic TCP protocol when it is applied to the wireless mobile environment, the paper improves the transport layer transmission capacity by using explict congestion congestion control, and presents the triple-state explicit congestion control mechanism. When using the mechanism, the explicit congestion notification (ECN) marking mechanism is modified so that the middle node can provide wireless mobile networks three states, the available state, the busy state and the congestied state to end nodes, and the end nodes can send data flow more smoothly using the three network states information. Besides the addictive increasement phase and the muptiple decreasement phase, the new mechanism adds a new stable data transmitting phase when the link reaches the saturated state. The improvement can give the end nodes more information about the entire network so they can avoid inappropriate responsing the packet losses irrelative congestion. On the other hand, the new improvement can let network nodes use network bandwidth more efficiently.
