针对收发两端已知信道状态信息的多用户多输入多输出(multiple input multiple output,MIMO)系统,研究基于几何均值分解(GMD)的MIMO多用户分集性能.该算法将基站和用户之间的MIMO信道分解为等增益的并行子信道,其自适应编码调制的复杂度低.借助Wishart随机矩阵理论导出多用户平均容量表达式,所得的表达式简洁、易于计算.研究表明,当参与调度的用户数足够多时,系统随着天线数的增加而获得的容量增益随用户数的增长而趋于饱和.
The geometric mean decomposition (GMD) based mltiuser scheduling algorithm to treat with the mltiuser MIMO systems was analyzed, where the channel state information at both transmitter and receiver were known. It decomposed a MIMO channel between the base station and the mobile user into multiple equal gain parallel subchannels which provided more convenience for adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) schemes. To study the multiuser diversity performance of the GMD based MIMO multiplexing system in the downlink, exact average capacity expression is derived according to the Wishart distribution which is convenient to calculate. Results show that the capacity gain obtained by placing more antenna decreases when the number of the users is sufficiently large.
