故障重构技术能定位故障发生的部位及大小,指导操作人员对生产过程进行干预,使过程尽快恢复到正常状态,从而提高生产过程的安全性和可靠性。传统的故障重构方法需要知道故障方向,这在实际过程中难以实现。本文提出一种基于LASSO的故障重构方法,能够快速准确地找出故障方向,并进行重构,实现故障变量的准确定位。实例研究表明了所提方法的有效性。
By using fault reconstruction methods, location and the amplitude of the faultare can be identified to guide the operators to intervene in the production process, making the process return to normal state as soon as possible, and improving the safety and reliabil- ity of the production process. However, the directions of the fault are needed to know in the applications of traditional fault reconstruc- tion methods, which is difficult to be obtained in the actual process. In this paper, a method based on fault reconstruction of least abso- lute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) is proposed to locate, accurately, the fault variables, which can quickly and accurately identify the directions of the fault, and carry out reconstruction.The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by simulation cases.
