取武汉市某污水处理厂脱水污泥为实验研究对象,用BCR三步提取法对污泥中Pb、Cu、Zn的4种存在形态进行分离提取,用电热板消解法进行全量消解,利用火焰原子吸收(FAAS)检查污泥样品中Pb、Cu、Zn的总量和各形态含量。结果表明,武汉市某污水处理厂脱水污泥中Pb和Cu的含量较低,Zn的含量较高,其中,Pb主要以残渣态的形态存在,弱酸提取态较少,Cu的弱酸提取态仅占0.2%,主要以氧化态的形态存在;Zn的4种形态分布较平均,可氧化态所占比例略高于其它三种形态。
Sewage sludge was collected from one wastewater treatment plant located in Wuhan as the experiment object.The airdried samples were dissolved by the method of electric heating plate before the total content determination and sequentially extracted with Community Bureau of Reference (BCR) three-step method before speciation determination for the heavy metals. Flame atomic adsorption spectrometry was used to determine Pb, Cu, Zn.The results showed that the contents of Pb and Cu were low in these samples,but Zn was much higher.The main form of Pb was residual fraction and the fraction of acid soluble was low. Cu was in the state of oxidisable forms and the fraction of acid soluble was only 0.2%.The four forms of Zn were distributed evenly and the fraction of oxidisable was slightly higher than the other three forms.
