As one of its features, knowledge is embedded, not only into individual and his private action, also into the organization and the structure of organizational social networks. Embeddedness relationship plays a role of the promotion in the formation of knowledge networks for at least the following aspects: to help pass professional information, to produce a win-win effect situation between organizations, to get the support in the post, to enhance organizational adaptability. Knowledge resources embedded in social networks and flow in it, through the interaction between the organizations, a network of knowledge is being formed.
